I loved vegetable soup and I more craving soup when I am really hungry. One time, I looked up what kind of veggies we have and I found various kinds of vegetables and I have decided to make light dinner, so, I end up making soup. I had bok choy, cilantro, scallions and spinach. I put them all to the boiling water and put salt and pepper, it came out great. It is simple but tasty and healthy.
